1. Who controls the data
IQ SPECIAL SYSTEM INTEGRATION IT LLC, commercial license № 1120015, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of personal data described in this policy. This policy applies to iqssi.com and its localized pages. A project contract or a separate service may include an additional notice.
2. Data we collect
When you submit the project form, we receive the name, business contact details, phone number, email address, project description and files you choose to attach. When you subscribe, we receive the email address you provide. If you contact us by email, Telegram or another channel, we receive the information contained in that communication.
Technical and usage data may include IP address, browser and device characteristics, language, approximate region, requested pages, timestamps, referrer, security signals and diagnostic events. We do not intentionally request payment-card details, passwords, government identifiers or sensitive health data through the public project form.
3. Why we use data and our lawful bases
We use data to answer enquiries, qualify and prepare projects, provide requested services, protect the website, prevent abuse, maintain operations, measure website performance and improve content. Depending on the context, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in secure business operations, compliance with law, or consent where consent is required.
Marketing messages are sent only where permitted. You may withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell personal data and do not use the public website form for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Contact form and attachments
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits. A valid submission is delivered to info@iqssi.com through our email-delivery and mailbox providers, with the sender’s email used as the reply address. Attachments are limited by type, number and size for security and delivery.
Do not upload secrets, credentials, unnecessary personal records, medical records or third-party confidential information unless a secure project channel and appropriate authorization have been agreed in advance.
5. Cookies, local storage and analytics
The site may use strictly necessary cookies or browser storage for language choice, security and administrative authentication. Cloudflare may process network and security data needed to deliver the site and operate Turnstile.
Google Analytics is used to understand aggregate website activity and may set or read identifiers subject to its configuration and your browser or consent choices. You can limit cookies through your browser and use available Google opt-out controls. Blocking essential security storage can prevent some functions from working.
6. Providers and external content
We use providers only for defined operational purposes. Current categories include Cloudflare for hosting, security, Turnstile and infrastructure; email-delivery and mailbox providers for enquiries; Google Analytics for measurement; CoinGecko for cryptocurrency market data; and TradingView for the stock-market widget. Their services may receive technical data such as IP address, user agent and the page requesting a resource.
Telegram and LinkedIn links take you to independent services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply after you follow a link. Providers may change as infrastructure evolves; we assess replacements by purpose, security and data handling.
7. Sharing and international transfers
Data is shared with authorized personnel and processors only when needed to operate the website, answer a request, deliver a project, protect rights or comply with law. We may disclose data in a corporate transaction or to a competent authority where legally required.
IQSSI operates from the United Arab Emirates and serves international clients. Data can therefore be processed outside your country. Where applicable, we use contractual, organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the provider.
8. Retention
We retain enquiries, project communications and related files only while they are reasonably needed for the request, a potential or active business relationship, security, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations. Retention is reviewed in context rather than applied indefinitely. Provider logs and analytics follow the provider configuration and applicable operational limits.
If you ask us to delete data, we will delete or anonymize it where applicable, except for information that must be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.
9. Security
Controls include HTTPS, Cloudflare security services, Turnstile, rate limiting, restricted administrative routes, access controls and service secrets. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe data sent to IQSSI is at risk, contact us promptly.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. California residents may also request applicable disclosure, correction or deletion rights and non-discrimination. IQSSI does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
A request should identify the relevant interaction and the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for proportionate verification and may decline or limit a request where the law permits.
11. Children
The website and IQSSI’s B2B services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the public project form. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the site, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are published on this page. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site or communicated through an appropriate channel.
